Responsibilities
- Evaluate client system architectures and deliver strategic technical guidance
- Lead pre-sales technical engagements, including solution design discussions and feasibility assessments in collaboration with sales teams
- Interpret business and technical needs and convert them into actionable system designs
- Examine current workflows to identify, evaluate, and propose improved solutions using emerging technologies
- Create models for business processes, system architecture, data flows, and information systems supporting client initiatives
- Build enterprise-level information frameworks that maximize the capabilities of Salesforce.com platforms
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology implementation strategies
- Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of architecture standards, development libraries, and technical documentation
- Define and communicate best practices for development tools and coding methodologies, ensuring team adherence
- Design seamless integrations between Salesforce applications and client technology environments
- Assist project managers across all phases of software development and implementation
- Delegate tasks to technical consultants through proper communication channels, monitor progress, and provide expert support
- Oversee solution development and configuration activities to ensure high-quality delivery
