GoodLeap is seeking a Salesforce Solution Analyst to join our Business Applications team. In this role, you will be responsible for focusing on Salesforce solutions to support our business processes.
What You'll Do
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solution designs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document system needs.
- Design and configure Salesforce features to meet business objectives.
- Participate in testing and validation of implemented solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience analyzing business processes and designing Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates may be located in Roseville, CA (HQ); San Mateo, CA; San Francisco, CA; Irvine, CA; Plano, TX; Lehi, UT; or anywhere within the United States.
