About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design and deploy email campaigns using Marketing Cloud content builder
- Develop and manage data extensions and data models
- Create and optimize automation workflows in Automation Studio
- Implement AMPscript and SSJS for dynamic content and personalization
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with external systems via APIs
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and email deliverability standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in live campaigns
- Support testing and quality assurance for marketing journeys
- Maintain documentation for technical configurations and processes
- Collaborate with marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Manage subscriber data and segmentation strategies
- Configure and maintain tracking and reporting dashboards
- Implement security best practices within Marketing Cloud
- Support version control and deployment processes
- Participate in agile development cycles
- Optimize email send processes for scale and efficiency
- Assist in migrating legacy content to new platforms
- Stay current with Marketing Cloud updates and features
- Provide technical guidance during project planning
