About the Role
Lead the architectural design of Salesforce-based customer experiences with a focus on artificial intelligence and agent-assisted technologies to improve engagement and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform with emphasis on AI integration
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define scalable system designs
- Evaluate and apply AI capabilities within Salesforce to optimize user workflows
- Guide implementation of Agentforce features to support intelligent automation
- Translate business requirements into technical blueprints for development teams
- Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and performance standards
- Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders across departments
- Develop proof-of-concept prototypes for emerging AI use cases
- Mentor developers and architects on best practices in Salesforce design
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and AI advancements
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware
- Optimize user experience through data-driven design decisions
- Support testing and validation of AI-powered features
- Document architecture decisions and system configurations
- Drive adoption of reusable components and design patterns
- Work closely with UX designers to align technical capabilities with interface needs
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues across cloud services
- Participate in agile planning and sprint reviews
- Assess third-party tools for compatibility with Salesforce AI ecosystems
- Promote observability and monitoring in deployed solutions
- Ensure solutions are maintainable and adaptable to future changes
- Advocate for customer-centric design in all technical decisions
- Contribute to roadmap planning for AI-enhanced features
- Facilitate knowledge transfer across technical teams
- Align architecture with enterprise IT strategy
Nice to Have
- Experience with Einstein AI or other Salesforce AI tools
- Prior work in customer service or support automation platforms
- Knowledge of low-code and no-code development environments
