Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end Salesforce automation using Flow, including record-triggered before and after-save flows, screen flows, subflows, and invocable actions, ensuring bulk-safe and recursion-safe implementation.
- Design and manage custom data models, including custom objects, junction objects, master-detail and lookup relationships, record types, and validation rules.
- Implement Apex solutions such as triggers, controllers, and test classes, and develop Lightning Web Components when declarative functionality is insufficient, ensuring full test coverage.
- Collect requirements from stakeholders across functions, create technical design documents, and document release plans to convert business processes into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage deployments across multiple sandbox environments to production using Gearset, adhering to change management and release documentation standards.
- Administer and evolve the security model, including permission sets, field-level security, profiles, and sharing settings.
- Enhance and support core business systems including CPQ and quoting, Lead Pass, Experience Cloud portals for installers and builders, and order-to-fulfillment integrations.
- Leverage AI tools to improve development speed and deliver AI-powered solutions such as Agentforce, Einstein, and prompt-based automation to optimize sales and sales operations workflows.
