Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end implementation of Salesforce environments
- Customize objects, fields, and page layouts according to project needs
- Develop and manage automation processes using workflows and flows
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and data sources
- Provide expertise during testing phases and user acceptance cycles
- Troubleshoot system issues and deliver timely resolutions
- Document technical configurations and solution designs
- Train client teams on Salesforce functionality and best practices
- Maintain data integrity through proper migration and cleansing
- Ensure security settings and user permissions are correctly applied
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine business processes
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and features
Nice to Have
