Responsibilities
- Evaluate current business workflows and recommend Salesforce-driven improvements
- Translate user needs into functional system requirements
- Configure Salesforce features to align with business objectives
- Develop and deliver role-based training programs for Salesforce users
- Create user documentation, job aids, and support materials
- Support data integrity and system security protocols
- Conduct testing for new features and updates
- Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations
- Gather feedback to refine training and system usability
- Assist in change management initiatives related to Salesforce adoption
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce capabilities
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolutions
- Participate in sprint planning and project meetings
- Track and report on user engagement and training completion
- Ensure compliance with federal data handling standards
- Work with project managers to meet implementation timelines
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders
- Support user acceptance testing activities
- Document system configurations and process changes
- Promote best practices in CRM usage across departments
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Consultant or Developer certification
- Experience with Service Cloud or Sales Cloud implementations
- Background in federal contracting or government systems
- Knowledge of security compliance frameworks
- Prior work with Salesforce Health Cloud
