About the Role

Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments
- Translate functional needs into Salesforce configuration and customization plans
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement and test Salesforce solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve system workflows and operational efficiency
- Support data migration, integration, and validation processes
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for processes and system changes
- Conduct user acceptance testing and coordinate issue resolution
- Train end users and provide ongoing support for Salesforce features
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
- Work closely with product and engineering teams on platform scalability
- Manage change requests and prioritize backlog items
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams
- Assist in reporting and dashboard development for business insights
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience with Health Cloud or Service Cloud implementations
- Background in fertility or family-forming healthcare services
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
