Responsibilities
- Configure and expand Salesforce functionality to align with evolving sales, marketing, and customer support workflows, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation logic, and automated processes.
- Design, implement, and manage automated flows, process triggers, and system integrations to minimize manual effort and maintain data consistency as the platform scales.
- Manage and optimize CPQ systems and commission structures, ensuring accurate pricing, quoting, and sales compensation workflows.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide leadership with actionable insights into sales pipeline status, team performance, and forecasting reliability.
- Lead ongoing data quality initiatives through validation rules, regular cleanup procedures, and deduplication protocols to ensure system accuracy and trustworthiness.
