Responsibilities
- Perform regular system maintenance to eliminate duplicate records and correct inaccurate data entries.
- Keep the Salesforce platform organized, efficient, and optimized for daily operations.
- Configure and manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, and sharing settings.
- Act as the primary contact for user onboarding, training, and technical issue resolution.
- Deliver continuous support to internal teams to improve system usage and effectiveness.
- Encourage widespread system adoption through clear guidance and communication of best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of custom fields, workflows, rules, and business processes.
- Create and manage reports and dashboards to meet the needs of sales, operations, and leadership teams.
- Support and enhance existing workflow automation and Flows, with the ability to interpret existing Flow logic.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline business operations and increase efficiency.
- Execute data updates using Data Loader and manual entry while ensuring high accuracy.
- Work with cross-functional teams to maintain data consistency across integrated systems.
