Responsibilities
- Tailor and expand Salesforce functionality to align with sales, marketing, and customer service workflows, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automated processes.
- Design, implement, and sustain flows, process builders, and system integrations that minimize manual input and maintain data accuracy as the organization scales.
- Manage the configuration of CPQ and commission systems, overseeing pricing, quoting, and compensation workflows.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide leadership with insights into pipeline status, team productivity, and forecast reliability.
- Enforce data quality at scale using validation rules, data cleansing procedures, and deduplication strategies to ensure system trustworthiness.
Requirements
- Extensive Salesforce Administrator experience, typically 5–10+ years, with demonstrated leadership over large-scale Salesforce environments and complex platform configurations.
- Hold both Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications.
- Skilled in Salesforce Lightning Experience, workflow automation, process builder, and data handling.
- Proficient in Salesforce automation tools and integration methods.
- Familiar with agile development practices and tools such as Jira or comparable systems.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
- Advanced expertise in creating reports and dashboards within Salesforce.
