Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group coaching sessions to strengthen core sales competencies such as handling objections, uncovering customer needs, closing techniques, and negotiation strategies
- Develop adaptable and customized coaching initiatives suited to varying experience levels and stages of the sales cycle, incorporating digital content like video tutorials and structured coursework
- Build individualized development plans that leverage each representative's strengths while addressing specific skill gaps
- Monitor individual performance metrics and confirm that learned techniques are actively used in live customer interactions
- Leverage data from sales outcomes to refine training approaches and focus on areas with the greatest potential impact
- Collaborate with sales management to assess team needs and ensure coaching efforts support broader team objectives
- Facilitate interactive training exercises such as real-time role-playing, structured feedback sessions, and peer-led knowledge sharing to promote ongoing skill development
- Keep sales resources including call scripts, playbooks, and messaging guides current and aligned with training objectives
