Responsibilities
- Performs system administration maintaining the integrity of Sales systems and act as the main contact for system related issues and enhancements.
- Acts as main liaison and system expert for one or more Sales supported systems and handling all requests and system administration.
- Identify and resolve complex system or process errors maintaining system integrity and data quality.
- Provide education, assistance and coaching to improve user understanding and productivity.
- Authorize and maintain system security for all users always ensuring appropriate level of system access.
