About the Role

This role supports sales functions by managing documentation, coordinating communications, and maintaining customer records to help drive team performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and track fulfillment timelines
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems
  • Assist with preparation of sales reports and dashboards
  • Coordinate communication between sales and internal departments

  • Manage sales documentation and contract templates
  • Track sales performance metrics and identify data trends
  • Respond to internal inquiries about customer accounts
  • Schedule and organize sales team meetings and events
  • Assist in preparing presentations for client-facing discussions
  • Monitor inventory availability for customer commitments
  • Facilitate pricing approvals and discount requests
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures
  • Provide backup support during team member absences
  • Assist with sales forecasting data collection
  • Maintain contact databases with up-to-date information
  • Support global sales initiatives with local coordination
  • Track and report on sales incentive programs
  • Help resolve customer service issues escalated by sales
  • Generate quotes and proposals under guidance
  • Manage email inboxes for shared sales accounts
  • Follow up on outstanding sales deliverables
  • Organize training materials for sales resources
  • Coordinate logistics for customer demonstrations
  • Support audit readiness for sales-related documentation
