Forbes Advisor is seeking a Sales Strategy and Ops Lead to drive the strategic direction and operational excellence for our commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the sales strategy and optimizing the processes that fuel our growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of the overall sales strategy
  • Design and implement operational processes to enhance sales team efficiency
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities and drive improvements
  • Partner with commercial leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable plans
  • Build frameworks and tools to support the sales team in achieving targets

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading sales strategy and operations for a commercial team
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
  • Experience designing and scaling sales processes and operational workflows
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional partners
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives from concept to execution

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be available to work core hours aligned with the Pacific Time (PT) zone.
