Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for SDR and AE positions, from initial sourcing through offer stage.
- Develop and sustain a consistent flow of qualified sales talent across multiple client accounts.
- Perform screening interviews to assess candidates' communication abilities, sales knowledge, and software skills.
- Collaborate with Operations and Client Success teams to standardize hiring criteria and ensure role alignment.
- Conduct tool proficiency evaluations involving CRM systems, lead generation platforms, and communication software.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress using internal recruitment databases and tracking systems.
- Refine sourcing strategies and recruitment pipelines to reduce time-to-fill and enhance hire quality.
- Monitor trends in sales hiring, market pay rates, and new sources of candidate talent.
