Responsibilities
- Master and evangelize Aura’s story and mission to “create a safer internet” for individuals and families
- Become an expert on Aura’s product suite and how it protects customers’ digital lives
- Make daily outbound calls to existing customers to discuss enhanced protection options, upgrades, and additional features
- Consult and advise customers on the best ways to strengthen their online safety through personalized solutions
- Achieve or exceed monthly upsell and revenue targets
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve sales approaches and customer experience
- Stay informed on industry trends and cybersecurity news to act as a trusted advisor to customers

Additional Information
