Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Account Executives, pre-sales specialists, and external partners to uncover and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Engage with third-party vendors and implementation partners to align on effective sales approaches and best practices.
  • Support customer discovery calls and help manage the progression of deals across the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with AWS and Amazon Connect Account Executives to shape solutions based on customer needs.
  • Conduct regular forecasting discussions with regional teams and leadership to track performance and pipeline.
  • Coordinate with technical pre-sales teams to craft customized value propositions that meet client requirements.
  • Promote innovation and ongoing improvement by keeping current with industry developments and new technologies.
  • Serve as a representative at regional events and conferences to showcase contact center solutions.
