Vilgain s.r.o. was looking for a Sales Representative - DACH

Vilgain s.r.o. is seeking a Sales Representative to drive expansion in the DACH region, specifically targeting retail partners in Southern Germany. The role involves identifying and securing new retail partnerships, representing the brand in-person, and contributing to the company's international growth in the food and nutrition sector.

What You'll Do

  • Actively identify and approach new retail partners throughout Southern Germany (Baden-Württemberg).
  • Present our product portfolio and the Vilgain brand, visit clients in person and successfully close new retail partnerships.
  • Build long-term relationships with existing partners and support their growth on the shelves.
  • Gather and share feedback with HQ—market needs, competitive insights and product performance.
  • Meet sales targets and report your results regularly to our B2B team.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in FMCG, food, or the retail segment.
  • Hunter mindset—you enjoy acquisition, finding new opportunities, and you are comfortable working in the field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Fluent German and English on easy communicative level
  • Location—ideally based in Stuttgart or nearby. Willing to travel regularly within the territory.
  • Drive to grow together with the brand and deliver tangible results.
