Responsibilities
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations to understand personal goals for their portrait session
- Present curated portrait collections and pricing options with clarity and confidence
- Guide clients through decision-making with empathy and expert recommendations
- Build rapport and trust with clients during pre-session and in-studio consultations
- Maintain detailed records of client preferences and sales interactions
- Collaborate with studio team members to ensure a seamless client journey
- Follow up with prospective clients to nurture relationships and convert leads
- Explain production timelines, product offerings, and delivery details accurately
- Upsell premium products and add-ons based on client needs
- Handle client inquiries and objections with professionalism
- Support studio events and client appreciation nights as needed
- Stay knowledgeable about current collections, pricing, and promotions
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and professionalism
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
- Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and promptly
- Contribute to a positive team culture through reliable and respectful collaboration
- Respond to client communications within established timeframes
- Participate in ongoing sales training and performance reviews
- Uphold the studio’s brand standards in every client interaction
- Assist in refining sales processes based on client feedback and results
