Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance commercial outcomes in the DACH region, with particular emphasis on Germany, including Austria and Switzerland.
- Examine product and destination data to detect high- and low-performing offerings.
- Serve as the primary liaison with Supply and Content departments to maintain a precise, strategic, and premium product curation.
- Equip Marketing teams with actionable market intelligence and suitable products for promotion.
- Investigate market dynamics and customer purchasing patterns, including destinations, pricing, transport options, demographics, and peak travel periods.
- Boost product conversion through organized initiatives in product assortment, presentation, lifecycle oversight, inventory tracking, and resolving technical issues.
- Track website KPIs relative to market benchmarks and recommend steps to increase revenue and user engagement, focusing on traffic, conversion rate, and average basket value.
- Perform routine competitor assessments and distribute findings across internal teams.
- Enhance flight transport performance by maintaining strong content quality and monitoring commercial and technical metrics.
- Manage, evaluate, and supervise on-site promotional events and campaigns, including internal initiatives and partner collaborations.
