Remote Talent LATAM is hiring a Sales & Outbound Team Lead for a digital marketing company. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will establish the outbound sales function. Your initial focus will be managing campaigns and closing deals directly, after which you will build and lead a remote sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Directly manage outbound campaigns and close deals.
  • Build and lead a remote sales team including cold callers, email marketers, and copywriters.
  • Develop a scalable outbound system.
  • Assess needs, propose a clear plan, and execute independently.
  • Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads each month.

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on experience creating and running cold outreach programs using email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Experience building and enriching lead lists with various tools and data sources.
  • Experience building and managing an outbound team such as SDRs or cold callers.
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and develop team members.
  • Strong closing experience and confidence managing the full sales cycle.
  • Three to five years of B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing services such as PPC, Paid Social, SEO, and lead generation.
  • Daily use of CRM, outbound email tools, LinkedIn, and calling systems.
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding growth and revenue goals.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with a professional and persuasive style.

Nice to Have

  • Experience ideally in digital marketing, agency, or SaaS environments.
