Oceans is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist

About the Role

The individual in this position will focus on optimizing sales workflows, maintaining data integrity, and delivering actionable insights to enhance team productivity and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and refine sales reporting systems for accuracy and usability
  • Track key performance indicators and prepare regular updates for leadership
  • Support onboarding of new sales team members with operational resources
  • Maintain CRM data quality and enforce best practices across teams
  • Assist in forecasting accuracy by analyzing pipeline trends and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with finance to align sales targets with revenue goals
  • Develop dashboards to visualize sales performance and activity trends
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend improvements
  • Manage sales territory and quota assignments in coordination with leadership
  • Coordinate commission calculations and payout schedules
  • Standardize sales documentation and contract workflows
  • Evaluate sales tools and technology for potential integration
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Provide analytical support during strategic planning cycles
  • Respond to ad hoc data requests from sales and executive teams
  • Facilitate communication between sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Track sales enablement program effectiveness
  • Assist in rollout of new product pricing or packaging
  • Maintain version control for sales materials and pricing guides
  • Support audit readiness through documentation and process tracking

Nice to Have

  • Certification in Salesforce administration
  • Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
  • Prior work in technology or B2B sales environments
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition principles
  • Exposure to global sales operations
  • Familiarity with GDPR or data privacy regulations
  • Project management experience in operational initiatives
