The individual in this position will focus on optimizing sales workflows, maintaining data integrity, and delivering actionable insights to enhance team productivity and revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and refine sales reporting systems for accuracy and usability
- Track key performance indicators and prepare regular updates for leadership
- Support onboarding of new sales team members with operational resources
- Maintain CRM data quality and enforce best practices across teams
- Assist in forecasting accuracy by analyzing pipeline trends and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with finance to align sales targets with revenue goals
- Develop dashboards to visualize sales performance and activity trends
- Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend improvements
- Manage sales territory and quota assignments in coordination with leadership
- Coordinate commission calculations and payout schedules
- Standardize sales documentation and contract workflows
- Evaluate sales tools and technology for potential integration
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Provide analytical support during strategic planning cycles
- Respond to ad hoc data requests from sales and executive teams
- Facilitate communication between sales, marketing, and customer success
- Track sales enablement program effectiveness
- Assist in rollout of new product pricing or packaging
- Maintain version control for sales materials and pricing guides
- Support audit readiness through documentation and process tracking
