Responsibilities
- Utilize Salesforce.com to create quotes, monitor sales opportunities, and manage order processing.
- Respond quickly to inquiries from both internal teams and external parties.
- Propose innovative pricing and payment options that align with customer needs and company pricing guidelines.
- Act as a point of contact between clients, suppliers, and external sales representatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, vendor offerings, and service capabilities.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key suppliers and customers.
- Participate in regional forecasting meetings and conduct pipeline reviews to maintain accurate sales projections.
- Use existing networks and resources to enhance customer value.
- Coordinate between external account executives, accounting, and contracts teams to facilitate order tracking and processing.
- Collaborate with team members to assess data and support strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills when handling multiple tasks under changing priorities and strict deadlines.
- Partner with internal departments to improve workflow efficiency and ensure timely delivery of customer commitments.

- Position involves primarily seated work.
- Requires continuous hand, wrist, and finger movement for at least 8 hours daily.
- Demands close visual focus for computer screen viewing and extensive reading over 8 hours per day.
