Responsibilities
- Collect stakeholder input and create custom strategic reports to track key performance indicators
- Design and implement new sales performance metrics tailored to evolving business conditions
- Analyze core performance data to address intricate sales issues using quantitative methods and insights
- Construct advanced Excel models to track business initiatives and provide leadership with actionable findings
- Generate reports in platforms like Salesforce and Tableau to assess and support strategic execution
- Lead essential tasks within small-scale analytics projects of moderate to high complexity
- Collaborate with team members to standardize data definitions and metrics across the sales function
- Write SQL or similar queries to extract, modify, and prepare data for executive reporting
