Responsibilities
- Design automation and AI-driven operational improvements by collaborating with business stakeholders and IT, translating needs into technical requirements without direct development
- Oversee territory planning and ensure proper alignment of customer accounts and sales opportunities with assigned representatives
- Manage the end-to-end lead-to-opportunity workflow to enable effective sales execution
- Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members
- Conduct regular audits to maintain high data integrity within the Salesforce.com platform
- Develop, run, and interpret reports and dashboards to deliver actionable business insights
- Ensure timely and accurate sales forecasting submissions using Clari
- Produce and update documentation for processes, policies, and training resources
- Act as a strategic advisor to sales and channel teams on product configurations and commercial terms
- Respond to unplanned requests from internal teams involving reporting, process guidance, and operational support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 to 5 or more years of experience in Sales Operations
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce.com
- Self-directed with the ability to set priorities and adapt with minimal supervision
- Creative problem-solving approach to operational challenges
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under competing deadlines
- High motivation and commitment to delivering high-quality results
Nice to Have
- Academic or professional focus in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Advanced Excel capabilities preferred
- Prior experience designing automation and AI solutions to improve operational performance
