TigerData was looking for a Sales Operations Lead

TigerData is hiring a strategic Sales Operations Lead to architect our go-to-market motion in a high-growth, product-led growth (PLG) environment. You will partner directly with Sales Leadership and the CRO to shape strategy, drive execution, and maximize the impact of our sales organization.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Sales Leadership and the CRO to define and drive sales strategy, including segmentation, coverage, compensation design, pipeline development, and forecast processes.
  • Serve as the connective tissue across GTM, ensuring strategic alignment between PLG-led inbound motion, outbound sales efforts, and our new partnership motion.
  • Drive operational rigor and accountability in weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales rhythms (e.g., forecast reviews, QBRs, pipeline health checks).
  • Collaborate with Business Insights to interpret data and performance trends, then translate that into tactical improvements and strategic bets.
  • Support capacity planning, quota setting, territory models, and other foundational operational frameworks.
  • Work closely with RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure cross-functional coordination around growth priorities.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the CRO on everything from sales efficiency to revenue levers to headcount planning.
  • Apply emerging AI technologies to optimize processes and expand your capacity for high-leverage work.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Strategic GTM roles in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with PLG motions and consumption-based business models.
  • Expert in Excel and BI platforms to drive business insights.
  • Strong understanding of SQL to support data analysis and automation.
  • Strong grasp of Salesforce and GTM metrics (ARR, win rate, pipeline coverage, CAC payback, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a drive to make things better.
  • Belief in and active work towards diversity and inclusion.

Nice to Have

  • Location in North American time zones, ideally the West Coast or Pittsburgh.
