Responsibilities
- Monitor the sales calendar continuously for unexpected meeting cancellations.
- Respond quickly with empathetic communication to affected prospects and schedule confirmed follow-up appointments before interest declines.
- Take full ownership of the process for handling missed sales demonstrations.
- Contact no-show prospects via phone or email within five minutes to understand the reason and reschedule a demo promptly.
- Conduct large-scale outreach campaigns to re-activate dormant leads and inactive accounts.
- Apply strategic follow-up methods to return lapsed prospects into active sales conversations.
- Review interactions between account executives and sales development reps to confirm all agreed-upon materials are sent on time.
- Serve as the final verification point that all customer commitments are fulfilled as promised.
- Design and manage proactive confirmation procedures to reduce cancellations and increase attendance rates across all three sales teams.
