Responsibilities
- Identify and compile prospect lists for sales outreach; handle incoming client inquiries efficiently.
- Serve as the main liaison for contract preparation, discussions, and finalization, supporting a specialized sales team.
- Examine client account data, licensing conditions, and agreement terms with precision to assist in pricing and contractual recommendations.
- Prepare sales agreements following internal guidelines while balancing organizational and client requirements.
- Conduct initial reviews of signed contracts to verify adherence to policies and accuracy of order details; manage updates as needed.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Billing, and other departments to assess intricate contracts and clarify deliverables, terms, and conditions for new business.
- Keep client records accurate across CRM and related systems, verify pricing setups, and log key transaction information.
- Respond to internal and external client questions promptly, ensuring resolution and high satisfaction.

- Research and create sales target lists of potential clients; Manage all incoming client inquiries
- Support a dedicated team of sales representatives and act as the primary point of contact for contract drafting, negotiation, and execution processes.
- Analyze account information, license parameters, and contract terms with extreme attention to detail in order to support the sales team with proposals for pricing and contractual requirements.
- Draft sales contracts in accordance with internal policies while evaluating both business and client needs.
- Complete primary review of and validate all executed contracts, confirming compliance with internal policies and best practices. Ensure all information required for order submission is documented and accurate. Facilitate any subsequent changes or adjustments requested.
- Lead collaboration with Finance, Legal, Billing plus other stakeholders to review complex contracts to define specific deliverables, terms, or other contractual elements related to new sales.
- Maintain accurate client data throughout CRM and different systems, ensure pricing and allocations are correct, and document pertinent transaction details. Ensure consistency and accuracy for all stages of the sales cycle.
- Ensure internal and external client queries are fully resolved in a timely fashion with a high level of satisfaction.
