About the Role

The Sales Operations Administrator ensures smooth sales workflows by maintaining accurate data, generating performance reports, and supporting process improvements across the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) data with precision

  • Support the development of sales forecasting models

  • Implement tools to improve sales team productivity
  • Schedule and prepare materials for sales meetings
  • Manage sales commission tracking and validation
  • Ensure compliance with internal sales policies
  • Support special projects related to sales strategy
  • Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights
  • Maintain up-to-date product pricing and configuration data
  • Assist in the rollout of new sales technologies
  • Track sales team activity and follow-up rates
  • Provide administrative support for sales leadership
