About the Role
The individual will own sales execution and market expansion across the region, focusing on building long-term customer partnerships and achieving quarterly targets through consultative selling.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for enterprise clients
- Develop strategies to enter new markets within North America
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals
- Present product capabilities to technical and executive stakeholders
- Forecast revenue and report on sales pipeline health
- Identify customer pain points and align solutions accordingly
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- Maintain CRM accuracy for all customer interactions
- Coordinate with customer success teams for smooth onboarding
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust outreach tactics
- Travel to client sites and industry events as needed
- Train junior sales representatives on best practices
- Set quarterly objectives in line with company targets
- Drive adoption of new product features through upselling
- Gather market feedback to inform product development
- Manage relationships with channel partners
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and legal standards
- Deliver regular performance updates to leadership
- Optimize sales processes for efficiency and scalability
- Respond to RFPs and participate in formal bidding processes

- Prior experience in data protection or backup technologies
- Fluency in French or Spanish
