About the Role

The position involves leading sales initiatives in key European markets, driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and supporting clients throughout the sales lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales activities in Northern Germany and selected Scandinavian markets
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the process technology sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts with industrial customers
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to expand market reach
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territories
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management
  • Ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated internally
  • Support after-sales service coordination when needed
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and applications
  • Work closely with marketing to align promotional efforts with sales goals
  • Drive adoption of innovative solutions among existing and new clients
  • Represent the company at client sites and partner meetings
