About the Role
The position involves leading sales initiatives in key European markets, driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and supporting clients throughout the sales lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales activities in Northern Germany and selected Scandinavian markets
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the process technology sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions
- Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts with industrial customers
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to expand market reach
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territories
- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management
- Ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated internally
- Support after-sales service coordination when needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and applications
- Work closely with marketing to align promotional efforts with sales goals
- Drive adoption of innovative solutions among existing and new clients
- Represent the company at client sites and partner meetings
