Responsibilities

  • Guide, mentor, and grow a team of licensed insurance agents within a high-performance, fast-moving sales setting
  • Ensure accountability for key performance indicators such as conversion rates, premium generation, contact frequency, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Hold routine coaching discussions, evaluate call quality, and conduct performance reviews to uncover development opportunities
  • Set measurable performance standards, objectives, and improvement strategies for individual agents
  • Regularly review and refine sales procedures, workflows, and team operations to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Find ways to improve lead handling, quoting methods, follow-up practices, and customer interaction techniques
  • Work across departments to roll out operational upgrades that enhance both agent and client experiences
  • Coordinate with Product, Operations, and leadership teams to share insights on tools, workflows, lead allocation, and process changes
  • Play a central role in defining the agency’s operational framework and long-term strategy
  • Maintain active partnerships with assigned insurance carriers and assist in carrier-specific programs
  • Assist in recruiting and integrating new insurance agents across various locations
  • Create and lead continuous training modules, coaching initiatives, and skill refreshers
  • Promote a results-driven, cooperative, and customer-first team environment
  • Track, interpret, and report on individual and team performance patterns
  • Use analytics, dashboards, and reporting systems to uncover insights and guide performance improvements
  • Monitor advancement toward team targets and deliver regular progress updates to leadership
