INCA – Insurance Core Automation is hiring a Sales Manager für Gewerbeimmobilien in Oberhausen. You will be responsible for actively renting out office spaces and transforming vacant commercial properties into dynamic work environments. You’ll manage the local micro-market and drive new customer acquisition for our business center.
What You'll Do
- Actively rent out available office spaces.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries and conducting tours.
- Take on financial responsibility, including Profit & Loss and budget management.
- Negotiate leases and acquire new customers for the business center.
- Manage the local micro-market and represent the company to neighbors and entrepreneurs.
- Build and nurture a local network with business organizations and brokers.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing concepts to enhance brand presence.
- Provide excellent support to existing customers, from lease renewals to on-site assistance.
- Manage tenant expansion requests and handle investment and rental calculations.
- Handle sales administration, reporting, and maintain the internal CRM database (Sugar).

- Demonstrated experience in sales.
- Strong organizational talent.
- Passion for sales and enjoyment in working directly with customers.
- Excellent communication skills, sociability, and persuasiveness.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously.
- Proficiency with MS Office programs and CRM systems.
