We're consolidating multiple talent management functionalities into a unified suite, following successful market transformation strategies.
We're seeking an experienced North American Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and scale our high-performance sales team.
Three primary responsibilities include:
1. Driving segment revenue performance by collaborating with senior account executives to maximize competitive win rates.
2. Recruiting exceptional talent aligned with market demands, emphasizing smaller, high-caliber teams capable of extraordinary results.
3. Cultivating cross-functional excellence by establishing strong partnerships across product, marketing, solutions engineering, and professional services.
You'll report directly to our AMER Sales Leadership and play a pivotal role in defining our go-to-market strategy.

💼 Proven track record managing enterprise SaaS account executives generating $5M+ annually at scaled organizations
