About the Role

Lead sales initiatives for desalination systems in Morocco, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and coordinating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence in the desalination sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with municipal and industrial clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to customize system proposals for client needs
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and revenue projections
  • Lead negotiations on contracts and pricing agreements
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the water treatment sector
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulatory requirements
  • Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and performance metrics
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for timely project delivery
  • Support the development of marketing materials specific to regional needs
  • Drive customer satisfaction through responsive post-sale support
  • Manage RFP and tender submission processes
  • Work closely with finance to ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection
  • Maintain CRM records with up-to-date client and opportunity data
  • Train local partners and distributors on product capabilities
  • Advocate for product improvements based on customer feedback
  • Ensure alignment between regional objectives and global sales strategy
  • Promote sustainable water solutions in line with environmental goals
  • Address technical inquiries in coordination with engineering support
  • Facilitate site visits and client demonstrations

  • Minimize sales cycle duration through efficient follow-up
  • Uphold ethical standards in all commercial interactions
