About the Role

Lead the sales strategy for business information services, identifying new market opportunities and strengthening client relationships to exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports
  • Support marketing initiatives with client insights
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Train junior team members on sales techniques
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends
  • Coordinate cross-border sales efforts where applicable
  • Address client concerns and escalate when necessary
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions and opportunities
  • Drive renewal and upsell strategies for existing accounts
  • Represent the company at client meetings and presentations
