Lead and grow a team of B2B sales professionals in a high-growth environment dedicated to expanding a nationwide network of used car dealers. This role is central to scaling dealer engagement and retention through strategic leadership, data-informed decision-making, and hands-on coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and inspire a team of 10 Sales Specialists, split between office-based and remote roles, to consistently exceed monthly sales and activation targets
- Use performance data and forecasting to shape strategy, monitor progress, and uncover new growth pathways
- Conduct regular individual coaching sessions to build capability, reinforce accountability, and support career development
- Ensure the team launches over 100 dealer accounts monthly, with strong emphasis on onboarding support and long-term retention
- Guide the team in deepening relationships with existing partners through structured account reviews and tailored inventory insights
- Develop and execute strategies to reduce churn among reactivated and mid-tier dealers, aligning performance with top-tier benchmarks
- Collaborate closely with on-site leadership through consistent communication and joint involvement in key deals
- Optimize sales workflows using Hubspot CRM, driving automation and improving go-to-market efficiency
- Champion a culture rooted in inclusion, personal growth, and high performance
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role focused on target delivery
- Proven success in developing sales talent and improving team performance
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into action
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Proficient in CRM platforms, particularly Hubspot (experience preferred but not required)
- Automotive or marketplace industry background is a plus, but not essential
