About the Role

Lead and develop a team of account executives while driving sales performance and executing strategic account planning in a SaaS-focused organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of account executives to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach
  • Monitor team performance using key sales metrics and reporting tools
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
  • Collaborate with marketing to align sales campaigns with market demand
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting
  • Train team members on product updates and sales methodologies
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Drive adoption of CRM tools and ensure data accuracy
  • Coordinate with customer success to improve retention and upsell rates
  • Represent the sales team in cross-functional meetings
  • Develop quarterly sales plans and present to leadership
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff
