Responsibilities

  • Guide and develop sales representatives to surpass quarterly revenue goals through targeted coaching and performance support.
  • Facilitate weekly reviews of sales opportunities and lead coaching sessions centered on customer discovery, value communication, and closing techniques.
  • Recruit, integrate, and train new sales personnel according to established enterprise sales methodologies and internal best practices.
  • Foster a work environment rooted in accountability, openness, teamwork, and ongoing skill development.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline within HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy, defined stage progression, and timely follow-up actions.
  • Produce reliable weekly revenue forecasts segmented by product and market, using conversion metrics and deal progression analysis.
  • Pinpoint and address obstacles in the demo, proposal, and contract phases to improve conversion efficiency.
  • Ensure data accuracy and full visibility across all active sales opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in crafting, evaluating, and refining proposals to meet client requirements and maintain precision.
  • Assist senior sales representatives with high-value or complex deals by enhancing value messaging and negotiation approaches.
  • Lead responses to RFPs and tenders by coordinating input from Product, Security, and Legal departments.
  • Review and validate answers to technical, compliance, and security questionnaires to accurately reflect company capabilities.
  • Maintain a centralized library of approved proposal templates, standard responses, and FAQs to accelerate future submissions.
  • Enforce professional standards in all customer-facing communications and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the SDR lead to ensure a continuous flow of qualified leads and establish effective feedback mechanisms.
  • Work with Marketing to shape campaign content and messaging tailored to SME and corporate audiences.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to improve reporting tools, dashboards, and sales enablement resources.
  • Supply structured insights on market trends and competitive dynamics to product and executive teams.
  • Design and deploy AI-powered tools in coordination with RevOps to enhance proposal creation, follow-up workflows, and customer engagement tracking.
  • Automate repetitive sales tasks to increase speed and accuracy, including quote generation, reminders, and data logging.
  • Create and update AI playbooks for drafting emails, summarizing meetings, and analyzing forecasts.
  • Train sales staff to use artificial intelligence tools effectively and in compliance with internal AI usage policies and data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to assess the return on investment of automation efforts and refine technology use over time.
