SBC Performance is hiring a Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and handover to the account team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure clear visibility of the sales funnel.
  • Monitor deal progress, SLAs, and contract execution.
  • Collaborate with the account and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
  • Expand the active client base and build a healthy, predictable sales pipeline.
  • Increase deal volume and overall profitability per client.
  • Contribute to sustainable revenue growth through long-term client retention.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in marketing, SaaS, or digital services.
  • Proven record of managing end-to-end sales processes.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, organization, and accountability.
  • Fluent English (B2+)

Nice to Have

  • Polish, Czech, or Ukrainian is a plus.
