Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic, consultative sales approach to engage both new and current clients in discussions about product, service, and solution promotion
- Deepen understanding of client business goals, needs, and operational objectives
- Create high-value partnerships by aligning sales strategies with client marketing initiatives and business priorities
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of print-based offerings and their operational benefits to clients
- Collaborate with specialized sales teams to design optimal customer solutions
- Clearly communicate effective methods for promoting products and services tailored to client requirements
- Grow and sustain client accounts through strategic, value-driven account management
- Ensure precise and effective execution of delivered products, services, and solutions
- Research, customize, and present commercial insights to support client decision-making
- Act as the primary contact to promptly resolve client issues and feedback
- Deliver accurate, timely reporting and sales forecasts as required
