Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize standardized sales processes that balance global consistency with regional adaptability
- Strengthen pipeline integrity, forecasting precision, and account planning through disciplined methodologies
- Lead the integration and evolution of the global sales technology stack, including CRM, analytics, and AI-driven tools
- Ensure data accuracy and governance to create a unified view of performance and opportunity
- Implement repeatable sales rhythms and governance frameworks across international teams
- Deliver insights through executive dashboards that inform strategic decisions and execution priorities
- Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and business leaders to align operating plans with enterprise goals
- Lead large-scale transformation initiatives that improve win rates, deal velocity, and operational discipline
- Foster a culture rooted in accountability, continuous improvement, and evidence-based decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 15 years in sales, sales operations, or commercial leadership roles
- Extensive experience leading global teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Proven track record in improving forecast accuracy, sales productivity, and growth outcomes
- Deep understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., SFDC), enterprise systems (e.g., SAP), and data analytics ecosystems
- Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies is highly valued
- Experience in Transmission & Distribution markets is a plus
- Willingness to travel globally (~30%) required
