About the Role

This role bridges technical expertise and sales acumen to drive customer success during the pre-sales cycle. The individual will collaborate with sales teams to design solutions, respond to technical inquiries, and deliver product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver product demonstrations customized to client use cases
  • Translate customer business challenges into technical solutions
  • Support sales teams during client presentations and negotiations
  • Respond to technical questions from prospects and partners
  • Prepare configuration guides and system specifications
  • Collaborate with engineering to relay customer feedback
  • Assist in developing sales tools and technical documentation
  • Evaluate customer environments to recommend optimal setups
  • Participate in proof-of-concept deployments
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during trial phases
  • Coordinate with support teams for seamless handoffs
  • Attend industry events and trade shows as needed
  • Track technical engagement activities in CRM systems
  • Ensure compliance with data and security standards
  • Work with legal and compliance teams on customer requests
  • Provide input on product roadmap based on market needs
  • Assist in crafting responses to RFPs and RFIs
  • Maintain technical certifications as required
  • Support international sales efforts across time zones
