Responsibilities
- Deliver product demonstrations customized to client use cases
- Translate customer business challenges into technical solutions
- Support sales teams during client presentations and negotiations
- Respond to technical questions from prospects and partners
- Prepare configuration guides and system specifications
- Collaborate with engineering to relay customer feedback
- Assist in developing sales tools and technical documentation
- Evaluate customer environments to recommend optimal setups
- Participate in proof-of-concept deployments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates
- Troubleshoot technical issues during trial phases
- Coordinate with support teams for seamless handoffs
- Attend industry events and trade shows as needed
- Track technical engagement activities in CRM systems
- Ensure compliance with data and security standards
- Work with legal and compliance teams on customer requests
- Provide input on product roadmap based on market needs
- Assist in crafting responses to RFPs and RFIs
- Maintain technical certifications as required
- Support international sales efforts across time zones
