Responsibilities

- Develop proof-of-concept deployments to validate solution effectiveness
- Translate complex security concepts into business-relevant outcomes for stakeholders
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback
- Assist in crafting responses to requests for proposals and technical questionnaires
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Support on-site and virtual customer meetings as needed
- Ensure smooth handoff to implementation teams post-sale
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical and sales skills
- Identify technical blockers in deals and help develop mitigation strategies
- Contribute to the creation of reusable sales tools and documentation
- Present at industry events, webinars, or customer forums when required
- Advocate for customer needs within the organization
- Troubleshoot integration challenges during pre-sales evaluations
- Stay current with platform updates and new feature rollouts
- Assist in defining use cases that align with customer industries
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key technical decision makers
- Track and report on pre-sales activities and engagement metrics
- Support strategic accounts with customized technical engagement plans
- Collaborate across departments to improve sales enablement resources
- Ensure compliance with security and data handling standards during evaluations
- Help refine messaging based on customer feedback and market response
- Contribute to long-term technical strategy discussions within the sales engineering team
