About the Role
This role involves collaborating with sales teams and customers to deliver technical expertise for Nutanix products, ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, and integration requirements across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Collieve customer requirements for infrastructure modernization and digital transformation
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients
- Design system architectures based on Nutanix technology tailored to client environments
- Support pre-sales activities with proof-of-concept deployments and evaluations
- Collaborate with account managers to develop technical strategies for complex deals
- Translate business challenges into technology-driven solutions
- Provide input on product feedback and customer use cases
- Assist in crafting responses to technical sections of RFPs and RFQs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nutanix product roadmap and features
- Engage in hands-on configuration and troubleshooting during solution validation
- Coordinate with vendor engineering teams for technical escalation
- Document solution designs and implementation plans
- Support post-sales handoff to delivery teams
- Participate in technical training and certification programs
- Stay current with industry trends in data center virtualization and cloud computing
- Identify technical objections and develop strategies to overcome them
- Work with partners to ensure solution compatibility and integration
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing forums and technical libraries
- Assist in defining best practices for Nutanix deployments
- Attend industry events, conferences, and customer briefings
