Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver pre-sales technical support for the sales process of cybersecurity products
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer business needs and opportunities
- Communicate effectively in Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, and English with customers, both verbally and in writing
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely, at customer locations, or on-site at company facilities
- Work with product development and engineering teams to stay updated on product features, enhancements, and updates
- Address technical questions and concerns during the sales process to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction
- Serve as a technical advisor to customers, helping them understand how solutions can solve their business challenges and achieve their goals
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to the business
- Analyze and resolve complex problems systematically, often under pressure
- Work on issues that affect design and selling success or address future concepts, products, or technologies
- Build relationships with technical personnel to identify opportunities and sell cybersecurity products and services
- Ensure accurate and timely activity and issue updates in the CRM and report to management
- Create and deliver technical product presentations and/or training sessions to channel partners and customers
- Contribute to achieving or exceeding revenue targets as part of a sales team
- Execute company objectives to achieve goals in creative and effective ways
- Travel to and from customer meetings (locally and nationally) and operate a vehicle on behalf of the company
