AlphaSense is hiring a Sales Engineer, Enterprise Intelligence

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage detailed project plans that align with client objectives and expectations
  • Work with teams across functions such as sales, product, marketing, and account management to secure resources for successful project rollouts
  • Lead regular check-ins and updates to ensure both internal and external stakeholders are informed on implementation status
  • Adapt and build customized training programs for each client engagement
  • Partner with marketing to produce client-facing materials that support training initiatives
  • Identify risks early in the implementation lifecycle and create actionable plans to address them
  • Define key performance indicators and consistently track team and individual performance metrics
  • Leverage data insights to guide decisions and enhance implementation effectiveness
  • Build and update detailed playbooks to standardize and improve future deployments
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Adoption Specialists to ensure clients achieve value and platform adoption
