Responsibilities
- Lead technical conversations and product demos to highlight features, address customer pain points, answer inquiries, and resolve concerns.
- Develop technical materials that help customers adopt specific use cases or expand the solution’s functionality.
- Work with sales teams to interpret customer needs and map them to technical capabilities, focusing on business impact.
- Support Proof of Concepts by offering technical guidance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring alignment with customer goals.
- Advise on integrating the solution within a customer’s current technology environment.
- Gather and communicate customer requirements and product insights to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Partner with Customer Success to support post-sale growth, retention, and expansion opportunities.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
