In this remote role based in the Philippines, you’ll work hand-in-hand with sales teams to assess customer challenges and design technical responses that align with their infrastructure and goals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover client pain points and align them with effective solutions.
- Deliver clear, engaging product demonstrations tailored to audience needs—whether technical or executive.
- Create detailed technical proposals, including system architecture and integration approaches.
- Advise customers on secure configurations, data protection strategies, and compliance best practices.
- Contribute to sales planning and help define account-specific technical strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Stay ahead of evolving threats, cloud advancements, and competitor offerings to position solutions effectively.
- Share insights from the field with product teams to help shape future development.
- Represent the company at industry events and digital forums to build credibility and visibility.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
- At least three years in a technical pre-sales or sales engineering capacity, focused on cloud and security technologies.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and identity and access management (IAM) systems.
- Solid grasp of data security frameworks, compliance standards, and SaaS security models.
- Exceptional ability to explain technical details clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Willingness to travel occasionally in support of customer engagements.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree in a technical or business-related field.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or AWS Solutions Architect.
